Our Mission
Payment Guarantees was founded on a clear observation: cross-border trade breaks down when there is no trusted intermediary managing the process between buyer and seller. Importers need assurance that goods will arrive as specified. Suppliers need assurance that payment is secured before they ship.
We work exclusively with importers to facilitate secure and efficient international trade transactions. We arrange the right instrument — Letter of Credit, SBLC, Bank Guarantee, or Supply Chain Finance — through our network of trade finance partners and lenders, managing the process from deal structuring through fund release.
Our goal is to reduce payment risk, build trust between buyers and suppliers, and provide a secure, transparent process for every international trade transaction.

The Port of Houston is among the busiest in the nation, and the city's diverse economy gives us a front-row view of the real challenges importers and exporters face every day.
While our roots are in Texas, we serve businesses engaged in international trade across the United States — wherever importers and exporters need reliable financial support to grow.
Client meetings are available by appointment. Most of our work is conducted remotely to serve businesses across time zones efficiently.
