Our Interests Are Fully Aligned

Because Payment Guarantees LLC earns only when your financing closes, we are motivated to work as hard as possible on every transaction. There is no upfront payment to recover, no refund to process — if your deal does not close, neither of us gets paid. That is the cleanest possible alignment between advisor and client.

No upfront payment

You sign an engagement letter disclosing the fee structure — no money changes hands until financing closes

Bank pays at closing

The financing institution deducts our success fee from proceeds before disbursing funds to you

Borrower authorization

Your engagement letter authorizes the lender to pay our fee at closing — standard practice for trade finance facilitators

All fees are quoted in US dollars (USD) and disclosed in the engagement letter before any work begins. The success fee is paid by the financing institution from transaction proceeds at closing. Payment Guarantees is a trade finance facilitator and coordinator — not a lender or bank. Minimum transaction value is $10,000 USD.
