Payment Guarantees

Our Services

Trade Finance Services for U.S. Importers

We arrange the right trade finance instrument for your import transaction — Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, SBLC, and Supply Chain Finance — through our global lender and banking network.

Path 1

Trade Finance Solutions

If you need funding to purchase goods from an overseas supplier, we arrange the right financing instrument through our network of trade finance partners and lenders. We structure the deal, match you with the appropriate institution, and manage the process from approval through payment.

Financing decisions are made solely by participating financial institutions. Our role is to identify the right instrument, prepare the transaction structure, and coordinate between all parties.

Arrange financing

Letters of Credit (LC)

Bank-backed payment instruments that guarantee the exporter receives payment once compliant shipping documents are presented. The most widely used instrument in international trade.

Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC)

A secondary payment guarantee that activates only if the applicant fails to fulfill their contractual obligations — providing a safety net for both parties.

Bank Guarantees

Performance and advance payment guarantees that protect both buyer and seller if contractual obligations are not met.

Supply Chain Finance

Working capital solutions that keep your supply chain moving — from purchase order financing to supplier payment programs.

Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC)

A secondary payment guarantee that activates only if the applicant fails to fulfill their contractual obligations — providing a safety net without tying up primary credit lines.

Performance Bank Guarantees

Protects the buyer if the seller fails to deliver goods or services as agreed. Widely required in government and large commercial contracts.

Advance Payment Guarantees

Protects the buyer's advance payment if the supplier fails to deliver. Enables importers to negotiate better terms with overseas suppliers.

Instrument 2

Bank Guarantees & SBLC

When a full Letter of Credit isn't required, Bank Guarantees and Standby Letters of Credit provide targeted protection for specific risks — non-performance, non-delivery, or advance payment recovery.

We identify the right guarantee type for your transaction, source it through our banking network, and manage the issuance process from application through delivery.

Instrument 3

Supply Chain Finance

Keep your supply chain moving without straining your working capital. We arrange supply chain finance programs that let you extend payment terms to suppliers while they receive early payment — improving cash flow on both sides.

Suitable for importers with recurring purchase volumes who want to optimize their working capital cycle without disrupting supplier relationships.

Purchase Order Finance

Funding against confirmed purchase orders — enabling you to fulfill large orders without tying up working capital.

Supplier Payment Programs

We arrange early payment to your overseas suppliers on your behalf, giving you extended terms while keeping suppliers satisfied.

Inventory Finance

Finance against imported goods held in warehouse — unlocking capital tied up in inventory between arrival and sale.

A note on our role

Payment Guarantees is a trade transaction facilitator — not a lender, not a bank, and not a financial institution. We do not make lending decisions. When financing is required, those decisions are made solely by the participating financial institutions in our network.

Our role is to structure the transaction, coordinate between all parties, verify documents and goods, and ensure that funds are only released when every agreed condition is met. We represent neither the importer nor the exporter exclusively — our obligation is to the integrity of the transaction.
